Marliese, in particular, was a pleasure to work with—thoughtful, smart, and extremely kind throughout the entire process. She clearly cares deeply about her work and her clients. The team worked hard over two days managing a complex sale in our home. They moved a huge volume of items, including high-end furniture, appliances, glassware, and collectibles. Special shoutout to the three ladies who were on-site—hardworking, pleasant, and calm under pressure. That said, our home layout and the crowd size probably would have benefited from a slightly larger team to manage flow and protect the property more fully. We received the check just two days later, which we appreciated. Marliese also took time to go over the numbers with us by phone, which shows her commitment to transparency. We understand that estate sales are not just about maximizing profit, but about helping families transition—something this team does with care and compassion. There were a few unexpected issues that came up after the sale—minor property wear and tear that we believe will be resolved fairly. I went to my first estate sale hosted by these amazing women this past weekend, and had a blast! Everyone working was helpful and friendly, the sale itself was extremely organized, and this made my shopping a very memorable experience. I definitely recommend them and will be going to their estate sales in the future!

I was simply amazed at the work they put in to get the job done. No upfront cost to me, the house was emptied and I got a check within a week! Search no further, you have already found your team!!!

I attended the Oviedo sale Friday and Saturday. Happy with my purchases. The staff are always friendly. Glad they do typically 2 day sales than like other companies make it 3 days.

Our estate sale with these ladies was completed yesterday. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and effort put in by Kimmie, Colleen, Vicky, Kevin and of course the owner Marlies!!! Job well done by this hard working team!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We will know the financials by next Saturday. Additional thanks to the great guys from the Salvation Army who picked up what was left that did not sell as is part of the process. We are retiring and soon relocating out of state and my wife and I could have never accomplished what they did in less than a week! We would highly recommend Orlando Estate Sales Ladies anytime! We are from NY and had a family member in Florida pass away. They were so kind, interested in his story, and treated his home and items with respect. They knew we were still staying in the home and left out towels for us, gave us gift cards they found, and cleaned up amazingly after so the house was left empty. Everything was prompt and their social media advertising made it a very popular sale. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Marlise provided our family with a positive experience under devastating circumstances. Our experience started with a quick response to a message we left and a scheduled walk through of our loved ones home within 48 hours of our request. Marlise was compassionate, professional, honest and frank with us, which was very much appreciated. She reviewed the process from beginning to end and the expectations and choices we had. It was helpful that she had everything in writing so we could not only follow along as she explained, but had it to reference once she left. She gave her professional opinion, based on experience, on what would potentially sell and what may not, and never gave us false promises. Once the date was set, her team came in and did a great job staging the house. The sale went great and almost everything sold. The sale exceeded our expectations and Marlise went above and beyond to communicate that our loved ones prized possesions were going to people that would value them as much as our loved one did. A list of items sold was sent a few days after the sale with a check received less then a week after the sale. We appreciate all Marlise and the Estate Sale Ladies did for our family and highly recommended them.

I love attending their estate sales. Everything is well set up and very fairly priced. On 2/23 I went to a house that was filled with gorgeous ceramic pieces, mostly high-end Italian made Capodimonte. I found the absolutely most perfect centerpiece for our formal living room!!! My thanks to the previous owner for taking such wonderful care of these treasures that will grace my home as well as many other homes for years to come!!!

Tough job! They did incredible in Altamonte today. Huge crowds, furniture having to be moved, people having to pay, traffic having to be handled. Tough tough emotions to be soothed for the families going through this transition.

My wife and I came to an estate sale this morning and just had the best time. It was a double house sale. Kudos to Kathy for her excellent communication skills and ability to manage the needs of everyone in her reach. It was pretty busy and we had a large pile that Kathy managed for us. When prices were missing, she looked each item up and made a reasonable price. I don’t mind paying for quality so I didn’t even need to ask for more savings. She had everything moving right along. Real impressed by her, great asset to your company.
